Job Information The Associate Sales Representative is an integral part of the Iatree Trading Team, both as an individual contributor and as an independent leader. The representative has key responsibilities to generate revenue through the marketing, business development, and client management.

This position defines solutions and makes recommendations at the appropriate level of customers’ organization to meet the customer’s goals and objectives while ensuring a high level of compliance to meet the company’s sales and service objectives.

Business Planning

  • Safeguards the continual revenue stream through participation / leadership in the preparation and execution of sales, business, and product developments plans.
  • Applies consultative and strategic selling skills, as well as technical expertise, to develop and manage the assigned customer accounts.
  • Implements new programs with customers to guarantee opportunities are captured resulting in customer satisfaction.
  • Measures the effectiveness of implemented programs and identifies opportunities for further cost savings.

Business Engagement

  • Speaks routinely with various healthcare stakeholders (i.e. doctors, purchasers, business owners, distributors) to review usage, addresses concern and educated on the proper use of medical products and associated environment and financial benefits.
  • Follows up on daily and weekly activities, and reviews the goal pipeline and forecast to track results and achievement of individual and team objectives.
  • Coordinates the medical supplies from assigned accounts and ensure sufficient influx of product to be delivered to the clients.
  • Initiates and builds customer relationships to create opportunities to sustain existing business and grow new business.

Business Analysis

  • Reviews daily calendar, plans scheduled route to cover accounts, prepares reports/documents and inventories supplies to ship products.
  • Develops, tracks, and closes sales to continually build the book of business.
  • Monitors product availability to obtain and close purchase orders consistently throughout the month.
  • Analyze changes in customer product requirements to make adjustments in levels of sales and service provided to the account.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A graduate of any four (4) year course
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or closely related field in Medical Sciences (ie. Nursing, Surgical Technician, etc.) is a plus
  • Personable and a good communicator – ability to establish customer rapport, and build business relationships
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
