Job Information The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative is an integral part of the Iatree Trading Team, both as an individual contributor and as an independent leader. The representative has key responsibilities to generate revenue through the marketing business development and client management.

This position defines solutions and makes recommendations at the appropriate level of customers’ organization to meet the customer’s goals and objectives while ensuring a high level of compliance to meet the company’s sales and service objectives.

  • Speaks routinely with various healthcare stakeholders (i.e. doctors, purchasers, business owners, distributors) to review usage, addresses concern and educated on the proper use of medical products and associated environment and financial benefits.
  • Follows up on daily and weekly activities, and reviews the goal pipeline and forecast to track results and achievement of individual and team objectives.
  • Coordinates the medical supplies from assigned accounts and ensure sufficient influx of product to be delivered to the clients.
  • Initiates and builds customer relationships to create opportunities to sustain existing business and grow new business.
  • Arranges appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular ‘cold’ calling;
  • Builds and maintains positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff;
  • Monitors competitor activity and competitors’ products;
  • Develops strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
  • Stays informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed
  • Experience in the healthcare industry involving interaction with physicians, etc.
  • Personable and a good communicator – ability to establish customer rapport, and build business relationships
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
